A great toy for any boy interested in the world of wrestling on television. This one should keep them occupied for long periods of time, and allows them to play with their friends whenever they come over. Speaking from experience, this wrestling ring would have made an awesome toy to compliment my vast collection of wrestling figures when I was growing up.
This wrestling ring pulls out all the bells and whistles. An elevated arena that features spring-loaded mats, complete with the ropes, turnbuckles, and authentic WWE logos. The ring itself mirrors the same one that boys everywhere see on TV each week. This will allow for them to re-create matches they have just seen on TV, with their new wrestling ring at home.
Towering in height, the basis behind the toy is to place a wrestling figure at the top, and have it come crashing down through the ceiling to successfully capture the championship belt. The entire top half can also come crumbling down on top of the wrestlers for added dramatic effects.
Although this toy may bring fun times for your child, it has a few drawbacks that must be addressed. First of all, it’s going to take around twenty minutes to put the structure together. For the younger boys, this will have to be done by the parent. Secondly, no wrestling figures are included with the ring.
This probably won’t be a problem for most children who already own figures, but for the ones who don’t, it can cost anywhere between $10 and $15 per figurine. A relatively expensive addition to an already expensive toy. The retail price for this toy is going for anywhere between $50 and $60 dollars. You may be able to find it cheaper if you search around online for a while though.

Already one of the top toys of 2011, the WWE Colossal Crashdown Arena will make a great gift for any young wrestling fan you know. Great for friends to play with together, boys will have fun pretending to wrestle each other on a giant replica wrestling ring for hours at a time. Although it requires some assembly, and no wrestling figures are included, most parents will look past these minor obstacles, and give in to the die hard wrestling fan in the family.
