I need a little math, statistics help please ....?

If you look for z above the value of a normal distribution table, z score of 0,662 was 0,746 less than 180.3 results. This means that from 1 to 0.746 = 0.254 or 25.4% of the heights would be 180.3 cm or more. Hope it helps!
